How can I place my order online?
Choose a category and by using the search filters on the left of your screen find the product you want or, if you know the product code, simply type it in the search section.

  1. By clicking on the product you are interested in you will be able to find all the information you need to decide if it is the right one for you (more photos, detailed description, size guide, current price as well as the product code which you will need should you have any queries and decide to contact us). If you have any questions about the product simply contact our customer experience team (Monday-Friday 09:00-21:00 & Saturdays 09:00-20:00 excluding bank holidays).
  2. Select the colour and the size you want and click the button   ADD TO CART  . If you want to continue shopping repeat the process. Otherwise carry on safely placing your order either as a guest or as a registered member.
  3. Select the 4th pickup method – Delivery (home/ office) Abroad – in Step 1 and fill in your details.
  4. Select, in Step 2, one of the available payment methods: Credit or Debit Card (we accept all Visa & Mastercard cards) & PayPal. Should you opt to pay via PayPal make sure the delivery address matches the one on your PayPal account or your order will be cancelled.
  5. Click the   COMPLETE   button to complete your order. You will soon receive a confirmation email with your order’s number and all relevant details. Sit comfortably and soon your favourite products will be on their way! We will keep you updated on the progress of your order.

Can I place my order over the phone/ via email/ Facebook/ Instagram/ email/ your contact form?
Even though we would love to place the order for you all international orders must be placed online. However, should you require any assistance do not hesitate to contact our customer experience team (Monday-Friday 09:00-21:00 & Saturdays 09:00-20:00 excluding bank holidays) any way you prefer!

How can I be sure that I've successfully placed my order?
Upon completing your order you will automatically receive a confirmation email. If you have yet to receive it – give it a few moments since our server is rather busy at times – and once you check your spam folder (or for Gmail accounts the promotions tab too)contact our customer experience team (Monday-Friday 09:00-21:00 & Saturdays 09:00-20:00 excluding bank holidays).

Can I remove/ cancel a product from my order?
Yes! While in the shopping cart you can remove the products you do not wish before you complete the order. If you have already completed it then immediately contact our customer experience team (Monday-Friday 09:00-21:00 & Saturdays 09:00-20:00 excluding bank holidays): if your order leaves our premises there is no turning back and we will not be able to refund you!

Can I cancel my order?
Yes! You can cancel your order at any time by calling our customer experience team (Monday-Friday 09:00-21:00 & Saturdays 09:00-20:00 excluding bank holidays) or, should you prefer, sending us an email or via Facebook/ Instagram sending us a private message or using our contact form. Make sure you contact us as soon as possible: if your order leaves our premises there is no turning back and we will not be able to refund you!

Can I pay by credit card taking advantage of interest-free instalments?
Currently the interest-free instalments option is only available for purchases made in our actual stores and consequently for orders to be picked up from our actual stores. So, unless you are lucky enough to be visiting Greece any time soon you will pay for your order’s total amount in a single, one-off payment.

Why was my credit/ debit card not accepted?
If your bank declined the transaction one of the following may have occurred:

  1. The card may have expired. Check the expiration date of your card.
  2. You have exceeded your credit / daily transaction limit.
  3. You have entered an incorrect item.
  4. You have not filled in all the necessary fields (at least not correctly).
  5. Poor internet connection during bank’s authentication.
  6. Unsuccessful 3D secure verification process. You can read more about this process for Visa here and for Mastercard here.

Contact your bank and/ or try another card or opt to pay via PayPal.


Is it safe to use my credit/ debit card on your website?
Yes, the data is transmitted in encrypted SSL format. For Visa and Mastercard payments only Ces (Secure e-Commerce) transactions are accepted. The system will contact the bank that issued the card so that the buyer approves the payment. Once the identification process is completed your order’s total amount will be charged to the card. Otherwise the order will be cancelled.

Is online shopping at SlamDunk.gr safe?
Of course! Any transactions made within our online store are completely secure with the warranty of Norton Security and PCI DSS.

Who will deliver my order?
For our international deliveries we have teamed up with DHL Express.

Which is the cost of transportation?
Our standard shipping fee is 14,99 € for orders up to 2,5kgr / volume up to 5lt (box size 25X20X10cm or 30X25X15cm). Should the package of the order exceeds the weight of 2.5kgr / volume of 5lt (or if a box larger than 30cmX25cmX15cm is used) you will be informed about the extra transportation cost by email and the extra payment required will be made via PayPal. If you disagree with the total amount required for shipping the order will be cancelled and the money will be returned to your card / PayPal account.
For countries outside the European Union there may be additional costs (taxes, duties, etc.) according to the country's legal status. Please contact the local authority of the country of delivery to inform you of the additional costs that may arise when delivering the order.

If you do not receive your order and since due to high clearance / repatriation costs it cannot be returned to us your money can not be refunded!

How long does it take until I receive my order?
We understand the sweet ecstasy of waiting for your new pair of shoes, clothes or accessories and we always do our best to ship all orders as soon as possible, in absolute priority order. Typically it takes 1 to 5 working days (Monday-Friday) for your order to be shipped but our average shipping period is less than 2 working days (Monday-Friday). Delivery time depends on the destination country. However shipping / delivery times may change due to unforeseeable reasons (strike actions, bank holidays, extreme weather conditions etc.) or during particularly demanding periods (official discount periods, special offer days). We thank you in advance for your understanding if your order is delayed and rest assured that we will do our absolute best to overcome any difficulty that may arise.

Can I track my parcel?
Once your order is ready to be shipped you will receive an email with your parcel’s tracking number. You may then follow the progress of your delivery here. We hope you like your new article and we are looking forward to your insta story!

How much time do I have to return a product?
All product returns are accepted within 30 days of the date on the receipt. We do not accept returns for swim suits, underwear & socks.

How do I return the product(s) back to your company?
You may use any courier company you wish. Properly pack the product(s) along with a copy of the receipt and return it at your own expense to Cosmos Sport s.a, 62 Martyron Avenue #148, post code 71303, Heraklion, Crete, Greece (telephone: 2811 808 808). We highly recommend you opt for a courier company that allows you to track your parcel. We do not accept returns for swim suits, underwear & socks.

How do I get my money back?
Your refund is based on the method you used to pay for your order as follows:

  • If you have paid via credit/ debit card then the amount is refunded back to the card used.
  • If you have paid via PayPal then the amount is refunded back to your PayPal account.

We shall reimburse all payments received from the consumer including the costs of delivery for orders delivered to EU locations provided that we are informed of your intention within 14 days from when you received your parcel and as long as your returned item gets back to us not later than 14 days from the day on which you have communicated your decision to return it.
For all other international orders we shall only reimburse the cost of the returned product.

When will my money be refunded?
We make every effort to refund you as quickly as possible and the process is completed within 2 working days (Monday-Friday) upon receiving your parcel and approving your return. For payments via PayPal the refunded amount will be visible straight away while for refunds to your credit/ debit card it usually takes 3-7 working days (Monday-Friday) for the amount to appear back to your statement.

SlamDunk.gr reserves the right to reject returns sent after the return period or returns of items not in the same condition as when shipped from our premises or returns of items (swim suits, underwear & socks) that for hygienic reasons cannot be returned to our warehouse.

What should I do if I receive a defective product?
We assume & accept responsibility for all of our products’ excellent condition and authenticity. If you consider your product to be defective immediately contact our customer experience team (Monday-Friday 09:00-21:00 & Saturdays 09:00-20:00 excluding bank holidays).

What should I do if I receive a product I did not order?
In case you accidentally picked up a product that you have not ordered immediately contact our customer experience team (Monday-Friday 09:00-21:00 & Saturdays 09:00-20:00 excluding bank holidays) and we will sort it out.
